Before developing the Cardiff Marine Village site, Cardiff Marine Group undertook a full ecological assessment of Council-owned riverbank parkland next to the site where we are now investing in environmental improvements including the creation of a wildflower meadow and native hedgerows.  Besides protecting and providing natural habitats for native creatures such as toads and fish, landscaping plans include seating and lawned areas where visitors will be able to walk and watch the boating activity.
