Job Title: Senior Marine Engineer

Reporting to: Director of Operations

Salary: Attractive Salary + Performance Bonus

Purpose of the Role:
Cardiff marine Group requires a reliable experienced Boat builder/Repairs

Responsibilities:
Day to day responsibilities will include supervising a team of Marine Engineers

Job Description:
General yacht refit, repairs and maintenance, including the installation and repair of marine electronics and rigging.
Boat movements using a Roodberg swing arm crane, Bull Forklift, Boat mover and a Wise 16 ton Hoist. General maintenance of the Boatyard and Marina. Good knowledge and skills in carpentry and Grp repairs are required. Fault finding, accurate diagnosis and effective communication with customers and admin staff are also essential skills. Applicants will be expected to complete their own workload in a timely and competent manner and will consistently deliver high quality results. The successful applicant will be a self starter but also proud to be part of a team.
